Karanveer started his career as a Co-op Intern at Suncor Energy in 2017 working for the Fort Hills project providing market research and data analysis support to the Fort Hills team. Shortly after this in May 2018 Karanveer continued his Co-op Internship at a boutique compensation consulting firm in Calgary, Alberta called Lane Caputo Compensation, during which time he worked as a summer student developing a research project focused on the Grant Date Fair Value of equity incentives. After this internship Karanveer moved into a full time Executive Compensation Analyst role from September 2018 to May 2021, during which time he worked on the analysis of compensation for a broad range of organizations. |
